Brush regularly:
When it comes to brushing and combing your hair, the old adage says one
hundred brush strokes every night will make it healthy and shiny. While
not everyone has the time for that, a little bit of nightly hair care is all you need for soft, silky locks.
Detangle properly:
Take a wide-toothed comb and begin carefully combing out the tangles.
Start at the ends, combing through small sections at a time, moving up a
couple inches at a time as the tangles come free. Let your de-tangled
hair air dry prior to brushing. This takes longer than heat styling but
blow drying can damage hair. Never use a brush on wet hair because this
will cause breakage. Run your fingers through your hair occasionally to
fluff it up for added body and to help it dry more quickly. Good Luck
